In a viral video that’s melted millions of hearts, Ed Sheeran, the maestro of soulful melodies, collides with Bollywood icon, Shah Rukh Khan. What unfolds isn’t just a moment of laughter but a cultural exchange as Sheeran hilariously attempts Khan’s signature pose, bridging the gap between global pop and Bollywood charm.
The Instagram post featuring the duo, set to the groovy tune of Deewangi Deewangi from Om Shanti Om, captured the essence of their camaraderie, culminating in a heartwarming hug and kiss. Ed playfully captioned it, “This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together…”.
Adding to the fun, Farah Khan, the director of Om Shanti Om, couldn’t contain her joy, dubbing the duo as “Sher Khan” in the same video she posted.
But the Bollywood blitz didn’t stop there! Earlier encounters with Armaan Malik and Ayushmann Khurrana added to Ed’s immersion in Indian culture. At a vibrant party, Ed bumped into the sensational Armaan Malik, who took it upon himself to teach Ed some desi dance moves to the tune of “Butta Bomma,” much to the delight of fans worldwide.

Singer-actor Ayushmann Khurrana treated Ed to his mom’s special pinni, revealing in an interaction with Hindustan Times his admiration for Ed’s artistry and the joy of connecting with him. “I surprised him with my mother’s homemade Pinni! Ed is in India, our country, to entertain us. He is at our home, and we need to tell him how much we love him and his music too. So, I hope this gift will be a memorable one,” Ayushmann shared.
As Ed gears up for his Mumbai concert on the 16th to perform his +-=/x Tour at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, fans eagerly await a night filled with his soulful tunes. Singer Prateek Kuhad will also perform with him.
